A Global Movement of Healing and Hope
Vital Reset is not built by one person or one organization. It is the fruit of many hands and hearts: visionaries, foundations, teachers, and donors, who believe that true healing emerges when science, mindfulness, and compassion work together.
Through these partnerships, we can make the 14-day reset accessible to people around the world, especially those who need it most.

General Arthit–Phornsarn Kamlang-ek Foundation (GAPKF)
The General Arthit–Phornsarn Kamlang-ek Foundation was founded in 1995 by General Arthit Kamlang-ek, former Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army, and his wife, Mrs. Phornsarn Kamlang-ek. Built on a legacy of compassion, education, and service, the Foundation exists as a bridge of opportunity, offering people from all walks of life access to learning, healing, and spiritual growth. Today, under the inspiring leadership of Mrs. Phornsarn Kamlang-ek, GAPKF continues to nurture individuals and communities through programs that promote education, preserve cultural heritage, and cultivate mindfulness and well-being.
Through initiatives like iMonastery, iRetreat, and the MonkLife Project, the Foundation creates spaces for personal transformation, resilience, and deeper understanding. It also supports groundbreaking collaborations in meditation and wellness research, including programs like Vital Reset, which bring together science, mindfulness, and compassionate care. By empowering youth through scholarships, guiding seekers through ordination projects, and offering sanctuaries of peace in Chiang Mai and Pak Thong Chai, GAPKF is helping to build a society rooted in wisdom, compassion, and sustainable growth.
