Sati & Sabai: Peace is the Medicine
When the body feels safe and at ease, its natural healing mechanisms switch on. Relaxation allows the parasympathetic nervous system, the body’s “rest and repair” mode, to activate. In this state, energy is no longer spent on stress and defense, but instead flows into repair, recovery, and renewal.
Through contemplative practices led by iMONASTERY monks and trainers—meditation, walking meditation, yoga & qigong, and breathwork—you are gently guided into this state of safety and nourishment. Over the course of 14 days, these practices create the conditions for deep healing: calming the mind, restoring balance, and allowing the body to repair and recover.
